Customer Support Specialist

Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Support Specialist with experience in electronics products and e-commerce platforms such as Amazon and Back Market. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide professional and timely customer support via email, chat, and phone.
• Handle inquiries, complaints, returns, and warranty cases related to electronics products.
• Manage customer communications and cases through Amazon Seller Central and Back Market Seller Portal.
• Analyze customer issues and order data to identify root causes and improve service quality.
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and technical teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
• Monitor product feedback, reviews, and return reasons to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.
• Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and service level agreements.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in customer support for electronics products.
• Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and Back Market platform.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to handle high volumes of customer inquiries while maintaining quality.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Experience with CRM or ticketing systems is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in e-commerce operations or marketplace management.
• Knowledge of electronics troubleshooting or technical support.
• Familiarity with KPI tracking (response time, resolution time, customer satisfaction).
