Location: Sharjah
Salary: 2500 – 3000 AED per month (based on experience)

Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and motivated IT Assistant to support our day-to-day IT operations. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills and hands-on experience in providing technical support. Candidates with prior IT experience (Home country experience considered) will be strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for computers, printers, and office IT equipment
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues
• Install and configure operating systems, applications, and antivirus software
• Assist with basic network setup (Wi-Fi, routers, LAN connections, etc.)
• Maintain IT inventory, documentation, and system records
• Support email setup, backups, and user account management
• Coordinate with external vendors for repairs or upgrades when needed
• Ensure systems are running smoothly and securely

Requirements

• Previous experience as an IT Assistant / IT Support Technician
• Freshers in UAE with IT work experience in their home country is preferred
• Basic knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, printers, and networking
• Familiarity with troubleshooting common IT issues
• Good communication skills and ability to work under pressure
• Strong problem-solving and time management skills

Preferred Skills (Bonus)

• Knowledge of CCTV installation/support
• Experience with ERP systems or basic server support
• Familiarity with basic cybersecurity practices
