Sales Lady - Joinery & Fit-out with Marketing Experience

Key Job Description Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Business Development: Actively generate leads, identify new business opportunities, and secure contracts with clients, consultants, and contractors.
  • Client Management: Meet clients to understand requirements for joinery, wardrobes, kitchens, and fit-out projects.
  • Marketing & Promotion: Promote company products, monitor market trends, analyze competitor activities, and represent the company at meetings.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate with estimation and production teams to prepare proposals, detailed quotations, and ensure feasibility.
  • Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly sales and lead generation targets.
  • Reporting: Maintain updated CRM records, prepare sales reports, and follow up on client inquiries.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience: Proven experience in joinery, interior fit-out, or interior contracting sales.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of joinery materials, furniture, and the construction process.
  • Skills: Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • License: Valid UAE driver's license (often required for site visits).
  • Software: Proficiency in MS Office and, ideally, CRM software. Indeed +4

Typical Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in UAE interior fit-out/joinery.
  • Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
