Customer Service Representative

Position Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Denver, CO
Reports to: Customer Service Supervisor

Company Overview

Colorado Barricade is a leading provider of traffic safety services and equipment for the road repair, construction and maintenance industry in the State of Colorado. Colorado Barricade’s core services include traffic control planning and services, pavement marking, permanent sign and related merchandise and equipment rental and sales. Customers include highway construction companies, Departments of Transportation, municipalities and utilities.

Position Summary

The primary function of the Customer Service Representative is to complete all assigned tasks as directed by management.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

Provide administrative support for the rental and sales department
Take Customer Orders over the phone, fax, email, and walk in
Schedule Daily Production (DPR) reports for all lines of business
Process completed DPRs for all lines of business
Assist with Daily Rental and Sales billing as needed
Assist with Daily Rental and Sales Quotes
Ensure all invoices are mailed to customers in a timely manner
Provide excellent customer service for walk-in and phone customers
Answer phones in a professional and courteous manner
Complete all paperwork for the previous business day prior to end of day
File all documents in the appropriate place daily
All other duties as assigned

Requirements

High School Diploma
0 – 2 years of related experience
Excellent analytical capabilities
Strong problem solving skills
· Proficient in Microsoft Applications - Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

Preferred

Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree
Construction or Service industry experience
