Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through phone, email, or chat channels
  • Provide accurate information about products and services, ensuring clear communication at all times
  • Assist customers with troubleshooting issues, processing orders, and resolving complaints efficiently
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using data entry and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems
  • Handle outbound calling campaigns to follow up on leads or gather feedback for continuous improvement
  • Support client services by coordinating with other departments to meet customer needs effectively
  • Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills to foster trust and rapport with clients

Skills

  • Strong sales aptitude with the ability to upsell or recommend suitable products/services when appropriate
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and another language enhances communication with a broader audience
  • Proven experience in customer support or call center environments is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—are essential for success in this role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) and general computer skills for data entry and documentation
  • Experience with outbound calling campaigns and call center operations is advantageous
  • Good analysis skills to assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Typing speed and accuracy are important for efficient record keeping
