The Role (What You’ll Actually Be Doing)

This is a high-volume inbound call role.

If you prefer quiet admin work with occasional phone calls, this is not that.

You will handle approximately 80–100 calls per day during peak seasons. This role is ideal for someone who:

  • Enjoys constant interaction
  • Thinks clearly while talking
  • Can log details accurately in real time
  • Feels comfortable following established processes
  • Likes having clear expectations and repeatable workflows

You are the first voice our customers hear — and the reason information flows correctly to the rest of the team.

What You’ll Do

  • Answer high-volume inbound calls with professionalism and warmth
  • Accurately log customer requests (details matter here)
  • Route information to the correct department the first time
  • Support internal teams with clean, organized communication
  • Maintain orderly digital and physical files
  • Follow established procedures (they exist for a reason)
  • Provide calm, steady customer support — even when callers are frustrated

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years in a high-volume call center or inbound phone environment (Required)
  • Experience handling at least 60+ calls per day consistently
  • Clear, confident, professional phone presence
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Comfort with structure and routine
  • Experience with Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office
  • Reliability and follow-through
  • Long-term mindset (we are not looking for short-term job hoppers)

Pay & Schedule

  • $24–$25 per hour (based on experience)
  • Monday–Friday | 9:00am–5:00pm
  • Onsite in Raleigh, NC
