Key Responsibilities

• Deliver prompt, professional support to customers
• Make outbound calls to follow up and gather feedback
• Handle product inquiries, orders, and account updates
• Maintain accurate records through data entry
• Collaborate with team members to improve service

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Customer service or call center experience preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry
• Sales or outbound calling experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Bilingual abilities and cash handling experience are a bonus
