Customer Service Representative

We are a business consulting and sales firm that partners with AT&T Retail to enhance customer engagement and provide reliable service support. We are currently looking for a Customer Service Representative in Hempstead to assist with product education, service enrollments, and in-store customer interactions. The Customer Service Representative role is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping others, building relationships, and contributing to a team that supports AT&T’s retail operations.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will play an important role in guiding customers through their service options, assisting with account transactions, and ensuring they have access to dependable telecommunications solutions. The ideal Customer Service Representative is a proactive problem-solver with strong communication skills and a passion for delivering excellent customer service. In this position, you will help strengthen AT&T’s retail presence by providing clear product information, maintaining brand standards, and supporting daily store operations.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative

  • Assist retail customers with navigating AT&T service options, ensuring each interaction is helpful, clear, and efficient.
  • Respond to questions about billing, service plans, and device features while helping customers understand available solutions.
  • Process account updates and service transactions accurately to ensure smooth and reliable service delivery.
  • Resolve service-related concerns with a solutions-focused approach that reflects AT&T’s commitment to customer care.
  • Stay up to date on current AT&T promotions, services, and product launches to provide relevant information to retail customers.
  • Document service interactions and outcomes using internal systems to support consistent operations and follow-up.

Qualifications for the Customer Service Representative

  • Up to one year of experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales preferred.
  • Direct experience as a Customer Service Representative is a plus.
  • Strong work ethic and self-motivation with an interest in professional development and team collaboration.
  • Confident verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly explain products, services, and account options.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a positive attitude toward teamwork and continuous learning.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $46,775.55 - $56,331.85 per year
