Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Customer Support Representative to handle guest communication and support operations. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a professional, calm approach when assisting guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound leads (Website, Social Media, Ads).
  • Create and manage leads in Zoho CRM.
  • Schedule discovery calls with Sales/Creative Team.
  • Maintain structured follow-up sequence.
  • Share proposals and collect client feedback.
  • Track project kickoff documentation.
  • Maintain communication between client and project manager.
  • Ensure all revisions and approvals are documented.
  • Generate weekly CRM performance report.
  • Identify upselling and repeat project opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree (Business / Marketing preferred).
  • 1–3 years experience in Creative Studio CSR role.
  • Mandatory experience in Zoho CRM.
  • Strong English communication.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and follow-up disciplined.
  • bility to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
