Customer Service Representative

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Customer Service Representative to join our team! With an upbeat, can-do personality, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless operations. This is a full time position. Days are Monday to Friday , and Saturday flexibility. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in client services, sales, and data management within a fast-paced environment.

Duties

• Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
• Assist staff/customers with product information, order processing, billing issues, and general support to ensure a seamless experience
• Conduct outbound calling campaigns to follow up on customer inquiries, promote new products or services, and gather feedback for continuous improvement
• Enter data accurately into customer relationship management (CRM) systems while maintaining attention to detail and typing proficience
• Collaborate with team members to resolve complex client issues through analysis skills and effective problem-solving strategies
• Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints for future reference
• Assist in our lab facility

Requirements

• Fluency in English; bilingual is a plus
• Strong sales aptitude with the ability to upsell or cross-sell products/services when appropriate
• Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—with professional phone etiquette
• Experience with outbound calling campaigns and customer service operations is advantageous
• Ability to analyze customer needs quickly and provide effective solutions with a positive attitude
• Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced setting
