Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring clear and effective communication.
  • Assist customers with product information, order processing, and troubleshooting issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using data entry tools and CRM systems. Accuplus for Order Processing.
  • Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills to understand customer needs thoroughly.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and escalate when necessary for prompt resolution.
  • Support client services by providing detailed analysis of customer feedback and suggesting improvements for service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Multilingual abilities are highly preferred; fluency in English is required, with additional language skills considered an asset.
  • Prior experience in call centers or customer support roles is advantageous, especially with outbound calling or client services.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) and general computer skills for data entry and documentation.
  • Knowledge of customer service best practices, including call etiquette and conflict resolution techniques.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
