Customer Service Representative

Join our dynamic team as a Customer Service Representative and become the friendly face and voice that helps customers navigate the collision repair and insurance claims process after having an accident with their car.

Responsibilities

• Field incoming calls and address customer questions.
• Cheerfully greet guests as they arrive at the reception desk.
• Schedule appointments and provide updates.
• Assist with insurance claims and rental cars.
• Contribute to a worry free repair experience for customers.
• Be the hub of communications for staff, customers and others.
• Provide repair documentation and receipts to customers.
• Receive payments and prepare deposits.
• Maintain excellent communication throughout the repair process.
• Light bookkeeping tasks

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 – 45.0 per week
