Customer Service Representive

We will train you and get you licensed for P&C.

• Entry-level position Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 3:30pm, with some days working to 5:00pm if needed.
• Customer Service Representative.
• The ideal candidate loves talking to people, is energetic and outgoing.
• Communicate with customers via phone and email.
• Provide knowledgeable answers to questions and gather information.
• Work with internal departments to meet customers' needs.
• Data entry in various platforms.
• FingerPrint clients as needed.
• Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $18.50 per hour
