We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this position, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their needs are handled with professionalism and attention. Your role will be essential in maintaining our reputation for exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet and assist customers in a courteous, professional manner.
• Perform cash-handling duties accurately and efficiently.
• Address customer questions both over the phone and in person.
• Provide details about available services and pricing.
• Assist in resolving customer concerns and issues when they arise.
• Keep your workspace clean and organized.

Requirements

• No prior experience required — training is provided!
• Must be able to work in a hot environment.
• Capable of working effectively both as part of a team and independently.
