Responsibilities

- Manage customer data entry accurately into our systems, ensuring all records are complete and up-to-date.
- Handle outbound calling campaigns to follow up on customer requests or promote new products and services.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette by maintaining professionalism, patience, and a positive attitude during all interactions.
- Assist clients with account management, billing questions, and troubleshooting technical issues efficiently.
- Support team efforts by documenting interactions thoroughly and analyzing customer feedback for continuous improvement.
Experience
- Previous experience in call center environments or customer support roles is highly preferred.
- Bilingual abilities are a strong plus; fluency in English along with additional languages enhances service delivery.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and basic computer skills are essential for daily tasks.
- Experience with data entry, cash handling, or outbound calling will be advantageous.
