Customer Service Representative

Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide accurate information about products and services. This role requires strong communication skills, patience, and problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person

  • Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies

  • Process orders, returns, exchanges, and refunds

  • Update and maintain customer records in company systems

  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary

  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Previous customer service experience preferred

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Active listening skills

  • Problem-solving abilities

  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM systems)

  • Ability to remain calm under pressure

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with customer service software or CRM systems

  • Multilingual abilities

  • Experience in call center or retail environments

Work Environment

  • Office, retail, call center, or remote setting

  • May require evening, weekend, or holiday shifts
