Customer Service Representative

Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide accurate information about our products and services. You will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner

  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally

  • Provide accurate information about products, services, pricing, and policies

  • Process orders, forms, applications, and requests

  • Maintain detailed and accurate customer records in CRM systems

  • Follow up with customers to ensure issues are fully resolved

  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary

  • Meet individual and team performance targets

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)

  • Proven customer service experience preferred

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong problem-solving abilities

  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems

  • Positive attitude and professional demeanor
