Customer Service Representative

Job Purpose:
To handle customer inquiries, provide accurate information, resolve concerns, and ensure a positive customer experience through effective communication and coordination with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
  • Provide clear and accurate information about services, processes, and timelines.
  • Register customer requests, complaints, and follow-ups in the system.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve customer issues promptly.
  • Maintain professional and courteous communication at all times.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and closure of requests.
  • Maintain proper records and documentation of customer interactions.
  • Support front-desk or service operations when required.
  • Comply with company policies, SOPs, and service standards.

Qualification & Experience:

  • 1–3 years of experience in customer service or front-office roles
  • Experience in automotive or service industry is an advantage
  • Knowledge of CRM or service systems is a plus
