Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely manner. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to analyze customer needs effectively. Bilingual candidates, particularly those fluent in Spanish, are highly encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities:
- New account set-ups and reinstatements (Standard, estore and service accounts)
- Perform denied party screening
- Order entry, processing and management
- Entering customer part numbers into cross reference
- Tracking and processing customer RMA’s
- Price and availability request
- Managed accounts
- Compliance – J-Sox, REACH, RoHS, Certs of Compliance
- Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries through multiple channels including phone, email and customer portals.
- Collaborate closely with warehouse, material control, sales and accounting as necessary to ensure orders and customer requests are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Process product returns and customer debits/credits in adherence to Ushio America's policies and procedures
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Develop and apply knowledge of Ushio America's lighting products, including their specifications and applications.
- Maintain positive and customer-centric demeanor in all interactions.

Qualifications
- High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent
- At least 3 years of Customer Service call center experience in a B2B environment
- Must type and have knowledge of MS Office.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High comfort level with maintaining a conversation while entering information accurately.
