Customer Service Representative

Job Summary
We're looking for a friendly, organized, and proactive Customer Service Representative to join our team. This person will support customers over the phone, email, process orders, resolve issues, and work closely with internal departments to ensure an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Process customer orders, quotes, and returns efficiently and accurately.
• Assist customers in selecting the right products, services, or solutions for their needs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve order discrepancies, delivery issues, and product questions.
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Follow up on open orders, backorders, and customer inquiries to ensure full resolution.
• Maintain customer account information and documentation within the CRM/ERP system.
• Support administrative tasks and data entry as needed.

Experience

• Previous experience in customer support or call center environments is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel systems a plus.
• Experience in sales or upselling techniques is beneficial but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
