What You’ll Do:

  • Handle incoming calls with professionalism, empathy, and patience.
  • Schedule and coordinate transportation services with accuracy and care.
  • Follow client protocols and comply with all local, state, and federal guidelines.
  • Accurately update and maintain trip information in our system.
  • Communicate effectively with members, providers, and healthcare facilities.
  • Stay calm under pressure and resolve issues with confidence.
  • Meet performance goals while keeping customer satisfaction as your top priority.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
  • A natural problem-solver with empathy and patience.
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure.
  • Comfortable navigating multiple apps and digital tools.
  • Passionate about helping others and creating positive experiences.
  • Commitment to full attendance during 5–8 weeks of paid training.
  • Previous experience in customer service or healthcare support (preferred).

Requirements:

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Bilingual (English & Spanish) required.
  • Ability to work with empathy toward elderly or chronically ill clients.
  • Must successfully pass a background check.
  • Available to work on-site at our San Juan offices.
  • Hours of operation: Monday–Sunday, 10:00 AM–9:00 PM (varied schedules).
