Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through phone calls, emails, and live chat platforms
  • Provide accurate information about products and services, ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Assist customers with order processing, data entry, and account management tasks using Microsoft Office tools
  • Handle outbound calling campaigns to follow up on leads or resolve issues proactively
  • Maintain detailed records of interactions in our customer relationship management (CRM) system
  • Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to foster positive relationships
  • Support clients with troubleshooting issues and escalate complex problems to appropriate teams when necessary
  • Manage cash handling procedures accurately during transactions when applicable
  • Contribute to team efforts by sharing insights on customer feedback and process improvements
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Reliable and timely
  • Some Experience with the Shopify platform is a plus

Experience

  • Previous call center experience or customer support roles preferred but not required; training provided for motivated candidates
  • Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and data entry tasks
  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse client bases effectively
  • Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—in English; additional language skills are a plus
  • Experience with outbound calling campaigns or sales is advantageous but not mandatory
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
  • Familiarity with call center etiquette, analysis skills for assessing customer needs, and basic cash handling experience are desirable
  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent required
  • Able to pass a standardized color blindness test

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35.0 – 40.0 per week
