Job Overview:

ZB Apex Business Services LLC is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Setup Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in advising clients on UAE company formation, managing the entire process from initial inquiry to license issuance, and providing ongoing corporate support. This role is perfect for a consultative sales professional with deep expertise in UAE mainland and free zone regulations who thrives in a target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Consultation & Sales: Consult clients on UAE business setup options (mainland & free zone), advise on license types, legal structures, and ownership rules. Prepare proposals, quotations, and service agreements. Follow up to close deals and achieve monthly sales targets.
• End-to-End Case Management: Manage the entire setup process for clients, coordinating internally with PRO and compliance teams and externally with government authorities like the DED and various Free Zone entities.
• Regulatory Expertise & Guidance: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UAE business regulations, costs, and timelines. Explain complex compliance requirements clearly and accurately to clients.
• Documentation & Processing: Assist clients in preparing, reviewing, and submitting all required documentation for company formation, license applications, and related government submissions.
• Post-Setup Support: Provide ongoing corporate services support, including license renewals, amendments, and compliance guidance to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Client Relationship Management: Deliver exceptional customer service, build strong client relationships, and handle all inquiries with professionalism and empathy throughout their business journey.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of direct experience in UAE business setup consultancy (mandatory).
• Strong, proven knowledge of Dubai mainland licensing (DED) and major UAE free zones.
• Documented experience in business setup sales or corporate services sales with a target-driven performance record.
• Fluency in English is mandatory. Proficiency in Hindi, Malayalam, Tamil, Urdu, or Arabic is a significant advantage.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain regulations clearly.
• Strong organizational skills, problem-solving ability, and a client-focused mindset.
