Customer Service Representative

While you will be rewarded based on your individual performance, we are looking for team players with confidence and a strong desire to work with others to ultimately achieve our goals.

  • Training is paid and will be led by one of the Top Customer Service Reps in the world who will provide all the basics you need to become an expert on our services.
  • As you develop out of training, additional coaching and monitoring will be provided to ensure you succeed at a high level to reach your weekly and monthly goals.

  • We work directly with the nation’s largest Home Improvement companies and providers to provide leads from customers interested in our products and services.

  • Base pay + uncapped commission earning potential
  • We like to have fun and suspect you do too. Daily/Weekly/Monthly Contests and games are nearly constant and include cash awards, prizes etc…

Responsibilities will include:

  • Provide top notch support to customers inquiring about our products
  • Explain the benefits of our services
  • Schedule appointments
  • Retain knowledge of a variety of different campaigns to help customers determine their needs
  • Call will be both inbound and outbound. No cold calling. All leads are warm or hot leads.
  • Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly goals

Who we are looking for:

  • Experience in Customer Service, Sales or Inside Sales is a plus.
  • Self-Motivated with a strong desire to meet and exceed goals
  • Exceptional communication and listening skills
  • Confident and trustworthy individuals with a desire to join a growing team
  • Coachable and committed to the process of honing your craft
