About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive to join our Secondary Market Real Estate team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, basic customer service knowledge, and a passion for sales and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and manage leads for secondary (resale) property sales.
• Build and maintain relationships with property owners, buyers, and investors.
• Conduct property viewings and follow up with prospective clients.
• Understand client requirements and suggest suitable property options.
• Maintain a database of available properties and client interactions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth transaction processes.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not mandatory).
• 0–3 years of experience in real estate or sales (freshers with strong communication skills are welcome).
• Basic knowledge of customer service principles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive attitude.
• Ability to work 6 days a week.

Preferred Skills

• Basic understanding of the real estate secondary market.
• Ability to handle client objections and close deals effectively.
• Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
