Customer Service Representative

About this position

Accem is looking for a motivated, energetic and passionate CSR to join our growing team. This person is preferred to have experience in the warehousing/logistics industry, specializing in import/exports.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule order pickups and deliveries via phone, e-mail, or chat
  • Sign in drivers at the window for order pick ups
  • Track Daily Pickup activity
  • Provide outstanding customer support via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries with clarity and positivity
  • Assist clients with product information, order processing, and issue resolution to ensure complete satisfaction
  • Engage in outbound calling efforts to follow up on inquiries, promote services, or gather feedback for continuous improvement
  • Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to build rapport with diverse customers
  • Support sales initiatives by identifying client needs and offering appropriate solutions or upgrades
  • Handle cash transactions when necessary with precision and integrity while adhering to cash handling procedures

Requirements

  • Proven experience in call center environments or customer support roles is preferred
  • Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are highly desirable to serve a broad client base effectively
  • Strong communication skills in English; additional language proficiency is a plus
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and general computer skills for efficient data management
  • Experience with outbound calling campaigns or client services is advantageous
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask, analyze situations quickly, and resolve issues efficiently
  • Excellent phone etiquette, active listening skills, and a professional demeanor are essential
  • Ability to perform data entry accurately with good typing speed and attention to detail

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
