Customer Service Representative

we need a remote customer Service Representative to handle client inquiries and support daily operations in Dubai. This role involves assisting customers with product information, processing orders, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of goods and services. The position reports to the Customer Service Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to emails from customers regarding product availability, pricing, and order status
  • Process customer orders accurately in the company system and verify order details before submission
  • Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to confirm stock availability and delivery schedules
  • Prepare sales invoices, delivery notes, and other shipping documents as required
  • Update customer account information and maintain accurate contact records
  • Follow up with customers on order confirmations and delivery updates
  • Address routine customer concerns and forward complex issues to the appropriate department
  • Assist customers with product selection by providing basic information on specifications and pricing
  • Maintain organized records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in customer service or administration is a plus
  • 1+ years of experience in customer service, order processing, or administrative support
  • Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Good communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is helpful
  • Organized approach with attention to detail
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize routine work
  • Professional manner when dealing with customers
  • Team-oriented attitude and willingness to assist colleagues
