Customer Service Representative

In this energetic role, you will deliver exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for every customer. Your multilingual skills and strong communication abilities will help us serve a diverse client base with enthusiasm and professionalism.

Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer support via phone, email, and chat, ensuring each interaction is positive and solutions-oriented using RingCentral and NetSuite
  • Assist customers with product or service information, troubleshooting issues, and processing transactions with accuracy
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using GSuite tools and customer relationship management (CRM - NetSuite) systems
  • Utilize strong communication skills to clarify customer needs and offer tailored solutions
  • Support client services by analyzing customer data to identify trends and improve service delivery
  • Coordinate with shipping and repair teams to ensure timely resolution
  • Process lead entries and escalate high-potential prospects to the Sales team
  • Provide accurate product information and guidance on use/accessories
  • Support case follow-up and basic usage questions

Requirements

  • Proven experience in call center environments or customer support roles is advantageous
  • Excellent phone etiquette, communication skills, and active listening abilities
  • Proficiency in Google Office applications and general computer skills for data entry and documentation
  • Demonstrated analysis skills to interpret customer data and improve service processes
  • Typing speed and accuracy to manage high-volume interactions efficiently
  • Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
  • Calm under pressure and empathetic to customer frustrations
  • Ability to multitask across cases, systems, and communication channels
  • Familiarity with or willingness to learn Pulse PEMF product lines

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
