Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer support via phone, email, and chat, ensuring each interaction is positive and professional
  • Assist clients with inquiries related to products, services, billing, and account management in a clear and friendly manner
  • Conduct outbound calling campaigns to follow up with clients, gather feedback, or promote new offerings
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions through data entry and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems
  • Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills during all client interactions
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues swiftly and effectively
  • Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately when necessary

Experience

  • Previous call center experience or customer support roles preferred but not required; training provided for the right candidate
  • Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy in typing
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office/Google applications and basic computer skills for efficient workflow management
  • Experience in sales or client services is advantageous but not mandatory; enthusiasm for helping others is key
  • Demonstrated ability to handle outbound calling campaigns professionally and confidently
  • Excellent analysis skills to assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
