Customer Service Representative

Administrative Assistant

Looking for a qualified individual with a strong work ethic, time management, and excellent verbal communication skills to join a growing team specializing in providing IT services, network services, voice/data cabling, & telecommunication systems to small and medium sized businesses. The ideal candidate will be interested in learning more about technology and becoming a key member of our customer service team.

Additional details:

-Good at communicating effectively with clients over the phone.

-Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects.

-Ability to work well in a team environment involving collaboration within the department and with other departments.

-Basic understanding of IT/computer terminology a plus

-Basic understanding of business/VoIP telephone systems a plus

-Basic understanding of voice and data architecture is a plus

-Manage day-to-day tickets, assigned projects and any additional responsibilities as assigned.

-Communicate with customers to keep them apprised on the status of requests.

-Perform first level analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of telephone/voicemail/auto-attendant problems via phone.

-Work with end-users in analyzing, troubleshooting, and resolving/creating service orders for hardware/software and some basic network support issues.

-Ensure confidentiality of sensitive and proprietary information; adhere to company security policies.

-Develop an understanding for system environments and maintain technical expertise.

-Provide quality customer care in a fast and efficient manner.

-Ability to occasionally work outside normal business hours.

-Highly responsive and sensitive to deadlines.

-Follow-up and follow through.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
