Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for handling incoming calls, assisting clients with salon service inquiries, and managing appointment bookings. The role is based in the Al ain, Head Office and focuses mainly on receiving calls, coordinating appointments, and providing basic support to ensure a smooth customer experience. Limited outgoing calls may be required for appointment confirmations or follow-ups.

Requirements:

  • Female Candidate
  • Fluent in English and Arabic
  • Experience in Call handing and Customer Service
  • Good communication skills with a professional phone manner
  • Ability to manage appointment bookings and basic scheduling
  • Experience in a Salon or Beauty industry is an advantage
  • Open to flexible working hours, including shifts if required
