Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Support Agent based in Cairo, Egypt. The Technical Support Agent will be responsible for resolving customer inquiries.

Qualifications:

NO EXPERINCE NEEDED
ENGLISH LEVEL B2 OR HIGHER IS A MUST

Work Schedule:

5 working days and 2 days off

Rotational shifts (Morning, Night, and Overnight) and Rotational days off

Salary is up to 15k (including 15% of the KPIS)
