Customer Service Representative

Overview
Advanced Plumbing and Drain is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our call center team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer support. This role involves engaging with clients, addressing their inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience through effective problem-solving and support.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by responding to inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner. Utilizing Service Titan.
• Assist customers with product information, order processing, and troubleshooting issues.
• Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries and ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions through data entry.
• Demonstrate positive and professional phone etiquette while handling customer calls professionally.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and resolve complex issues.

Experience

• Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment is preferred.
• Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry.
• Strong analysis skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
