Customer Service Representative
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls, SMS, and emails in a professional and timely manner
- Schedule and dispatch appointments accurately
- Provide quotes and process invoices with accuracy
- Use 8x8 system to provide status updates and create service requests
- Escalate customer concerns or complex issues when necessary
- Maintain accurate records and customer information
- Deliver a high level of customer service at all times
Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience required
- Call center experience preferred
- Auto industry experience is a plus
- Understanding of the collision industry is highly preferred
- Strong phone presence (inbound and outbound calls)
- Comfortable using Windows-based systems
Skills & Abilities
- Basic computer skills
- Basic to intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience with Microsoft Teams
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
