Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through phone, email, chat, or in person, providing accurate information and solutions.
  • Handle outbound calling campaigns to follow up with clients, gather feedback, or promote new products and services.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using Microsoft Office tools and customer support software.
  • Assist clients with account management, including data entry, updating personal information, and resolving issues related to billing or service requests.
  • Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to ensure every interaction is positive and productive.
  • Support client services by troubleshooting technical issues or product questions with patience and clarity.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve processes, share insights from customer feedback, and enhance overall service quality.

Qualifications

  • Bilingual skills are highly desirable; fluency in English plus additional languages is a strong asset.
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer support environment is preferred; familiarity with outbound calling is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to listen actively and convey information clearly.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) and basic computer skills for data entry and documentation.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle cash transactions accurately when required.
  • Excellent phone etiquette combined with analysis skills to assess customer needs quickly.
  • Experience with customer service tools or CRM systems is advantageous; call center experience is preferred.
  • Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining a friendly demeanor under pressure.
