You will be the voice of Prime AC & Heat—the first impression, the problem solver, and the reason customers trust us. What You’ll Be Responsible For Deliver an outstanding first impression on every call, text, and email Schedule service calls and installations with accuracy and urgency Guide customers through services, financing options, and next steps with confidence Resolve concerns with a solution-first, customer-focused mindset Maintain clean, detailed records in our CRM (Housecall Pro) Coordinate with dispatch, service, and install teams to ensure a seamless experience Identify opportunities to enhance the customer journey and increase efficiency What We’re Looking For We’re not just hiring for skill—we’re hiring for mindset and standard.
