Customer Service Representative

We are a growing HVAC/home services company in Boise looking for a reliable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable handling a high volume of calls while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

· Answer inbound calls and schedule service, maintenance, and sales appointments

· Convert incoming calls into booked jobs

· Perform outbound calls on leads, unsold estimates, and membership renewals

· Assist with light dispatching (routing technicians and communicating ETAs)

· Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and rescheduling professionally

· Process payments and financing through ServiceTitan

· Maintain accurate customer records and notes in ServiceTitan

· Provide a positive, empathetic experience for every customer

Requirements:

· 1–2 years of customer service or call center experience (HVAC/home services preferred)

· Familiarity or experience with ServiceTitan (preferred)

· Strong phone communication skills and typing speed (40+ WPM)

· Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment

· Willingness to work occasional evenings or weekends if needed
