Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team on a long-term contract basis near Saddle Brook, New Jersey. In this role, you will handle a variety of tasks aimed at ensuring smooth communication with clients and providing accurate administrative support. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Perform administrative tasks to support daily operations and ensure organized workflows.

• Conduct callback verifications to confirm critical customer and account details.

• Verify and update bank account information with accuracy and attention to detail.

• Respond to inbound calls promptly and professionally, addressing customer inquiries and concerns.

• Enter and process customer orders efficiently using appropriate systems.

• Utilize Microsoft Office tools to manage documentation and maintain records.

• Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues and enhance service quality.

• Adapt to additional responsibilities as needed to support department goals.

• Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment.
• Strong skills in order entry and managing customer accounts.
• Ability to professionally handle inbound calls and provide excellent service.
• Proficiency in Office applications, including Word and Excel.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in verifying and updating information.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and assist with various tasks.
• Strong organizational skills and a commitment to meeting deadlines.
