Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities

  • Provide friendly, professional customer support via phone, email, and chat channels, ensuring prompt resolution of inquiries and issues
  • Assist clients with product or service information, troubleshooting, and account management using clear communication and active listening
  • Handle outbound calling campaigns to follow up on customer requests or gather feedback for continuous improvement
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions through data entry in our CRM system with attention to detail
  • Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to foster positive client relationships
  • Support sales initiatives by identifying customer needs and promoting relevant products or services when appropriate
  • Collaborate with team members to share insights, improve processes, and enhance overall client services experience

Experience

  • Previous call center experience or customer support roles preferred but not required; training provided for the right candidate
  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly valued to serve our diverse customer base effectively
  • Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and data entry systems
  • Demonstrated ability to handle cash transactions accurately when required
  • Excellent analysis skills for troubleshooting issues and providing effective solutions
  • Familiarity with outbound calling techniques, call center operations, and maintaining high levels of professionalism in all interactions
  • Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude and delivering exceptional service

Pay: $42,451.21 - $71,339.93 per year
