Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Marlton, New Jersey. In this contract role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring customer satisfaction through attentive communication and efficient service. This position requires working onsite for 25-30 hours per week and is expected to last 3-6 weeks, with the potential for extension.

Responsibilities:
• Respond to inbound customer calls and address inquiries with accuracy.
• Handle outbound calls to follow up with clients and provide additional support as needed.
• Process orders efficiently and ensure data entry is completed accurately.
• Assist customers in resolving issues related to sales and services.
• Promote upselling opportunities by understanding client needs and recommending suitable solutions.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with team members to meet project goals and deadlines.
• Utilize computer systems effectively to manage customer accounts and process information.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to uphold the company’s standards and reputation.

• Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment.

• Strong computer proficiency, including familiarity with order entry systems.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

• Capability to work onsite in Marlton, New Jersey.

• Availability to work 25-30 hours per week during the contract period.

• A proactive attitude and ability to collaborate with a team effectively.
