Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Cincinnati, OH

Pay: $19–$20 per hour

Schedule: Must be flexible to work either shift, as schedules will be assigned based on business needs (First Shift: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM or Second Shift: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM)

We are seeking a reliable and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers and working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound calls and assist customers with account-related questions
• Research and resolve issues accurately and efficiently
• Document customer interactions in company systems
• Navigate multiple platforms while providing support
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer care

Qualifications:

• Previous customer service or call center experience preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented and comfortable using computer systems
• Able to work full-time, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Must be able and willing to work fully on-site in Blue Ash, OH
