Customer Service Representative

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative with at least 3 years of experience in the retail sector. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to deliver an excellent customer experience while supporting daily store operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product or service recommendations
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns efficiently
  • Maintain product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits
  • Process transactions accurately using POS systems
  • Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing
  • Support inventory management, including stocking and replenishment
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in retail customer service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic knowledge of POS systems and retail operations
