Duties

• Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls and taking detailed messages
• Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records using Intergy.
• Support office management tasks such as calendar management, appointment scheduling, and organizing documents
• Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, or in person by addressing inquiries promptly and courteously
• Perform clerical duties including proofreading documents, managing incoming correspondence, and supporting administrative projects

Experience

• Previous office experience or administrative support background preferred
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on phone etiquette and professional communication
• Proficiency in computer skills.
• Experience with multi-line phone systems and front desk operations highly desirable
• Bilingual abilities are a plus to assist diverse customer needs
• Familiarity with clerical tasks such as filing, proofreading, and record keeping is beneficial
• Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a busy environment

Pay: $16.00 - $16.50 per hour
