Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries via multi-line phone systems, email, and in person at the front desk
  • Maintain accurate records through data entry, filing, and proofreading of documents to ensure seamless office operations
  • Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and organizing office supplies to support daily workflows
  • Provide support for office management activities, including inventory tracking, bookkeeping using QuickBooks, and basic bookkeeping tasks
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing concerns, providing service information, and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Support administrative functions such as answering phones, maintaining phone etiquette standards, managing correspondence, and supporting personal assistant duties as needed

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in office management, clerical work, or customer service roles with strong organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar), and basic computer literacy
  • Experience with multi-line phone systems and front desk operations preferred
  • Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer needs effectively
  • Excellent phone etiquette, typing speed, and time management skills to handle multiple priorities efficiently
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks or bookkeeping experience is a plus
  • Previous experience in medical or dental receptionist roles or personal assistant positions is advantageous
  • Demonstrated ability to proofread documents accurately and maintain high attention to detail
