Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors at the front desk and manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person, providing accurate information and solutions
  • Maintain organized records through data entry, filing, and documentation using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other office tools
  • Assist with appointment scheduling, calendar management, and basic office administration tasks to support daily operations
  • Handle clerical duties such as proofreading documents, managing correspondence, and supporting bookkeeping activities with QuickBooks or similar software
  • Support office management by coordinating supplies, managing incoming/outgoing mail, and ensuring a tidy front desk environment
  • Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while supporting customer support efforts and addressing client concerns efficiently

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in office management, clerical work, or customer service roles with strong organizational skills
  • Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar), and data entry tools
  • Experience with multi-line phone systems and front desk operations preferred
  • Bilingual abilities are highly valued to assist diverse customer needs effectively
  • Strong typing skills along with attention to detail for proofreading and document accuracy
  • Knowledge of office procedures such as filing, calendar management, and basic bookkeeping (QuickBooks experience is a plus)
  • Excellent communication skills with professional phone etiquette and customer support experience
  • Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality service standards
