Due to a high consumer demand, Next Level Clean is expanding and looking to Higher motivated individuals to join our dynamic team as a Customer Service / Sales Representative. Immediate openings and our Plymouth office, become a vital link between our company and our valued clients! We specialize in advanced American made air purification systems that dramatically improve indoor air quality and help those with asthma and allergies. In this energetic role, you will encourage the customers through various channels, providing exceptional support while actively promoting our products and services. Your enthusiasm, communication skills, will help us deliver memorable experiences that foster loyalty and drive sales.

Our team works in a fun upbeat, professional environment assisting customers, setting appointments, and demonstrating how our technology outperforms the competition. No experience required - we provide full company training with fast advancement opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers by phone and in person
• Schedule and manage appointments
• Set up and present product display
• Show how our systems compare to our competitors
• Support events, flyers, contests, and community outreach
• Track basic inventory and service requests

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette and active listening abilities
• Comfortable speaking with people
• Coachable and goal driven
• Demonstrated computer skills included familiarity with social media applications and data entry task
• Interest in long-term growth and Leadership opportunities
• Ability to analyze customer needs quickly and provide effective solutions in a professional manner
• Customer service, sales, and presentation experience is a plus but not required
