About the Role

We are looking for a polite, confident, and responsible Customer Support Representative to handle inbound queries for Iqra Virtual School online Qur’an, Tuition, and Regular School programs. You will assist parents and students by providing accurate information and ensuring a positive experience.

10 Hours Shift From 10 am to 8 pm

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and messages professionally
• Respond to student and parent inquiries clearly and politely
• Provide information about courses, admissions, and schedules
• Maintain basic call and inquiry records
• Coordinate with internal teams when required

Requirements

• Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (BS preferred)
• Good communication skills (Urdu required, basic English preferred)
• Basic computer and WhatsApp handling skills
• Professional attitude and punctuality
• Fresh candidates are welcome
