Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers with product inquiries.
Provide personalized recommendations based on customers’ preferences and needs.
Demonstrate product usage and benefits where applicable.
Maintain and organize the product displays and ensure shelves are well-stocked.
Process transactions at the register and handle returns or exchanges when needed.
Meet sales targets and provide feedback to management on customer trends.
Requirements:
Previous retail or customer service experience, preferably in Pharmacy.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
Basic computer and point-of-sale (POS) system knowledge.
Ability to provide good customer service.
Pay: Rs25,000.00 - Rs30,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
