Retail Sales Executive - Samsung & Mi Stores

We are looking for a driven and energetic Retail Sales Executive to join our growing retail team. In this role, you will be on the front lines of our stores, actively engaging with customers and matching them with the perfect products. This is a highly rewarding, target-driven position designed for motivated individuals who want to maximize their income. With our aggressive sales incentive structure, a high-performing sales executive can easily earn between Rs. 50,000 and Rs. 60,000 per month.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively welcome and engage customers, providing an exceptional in-store experience.
• Assess customer needs, demonstrate product features, and recommend the best solutions.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets to maximize your monthly incentive payout.
• Confidently cross-sell and up-sell accessories and add-on products to boost total store revenue.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest product features, pricing, and promotional offers.
• Assist with maintaining visual merchandising standards and ensuring the sales floor is clean and fully stocked.
• Build strong relationships with customers to generate repeat business and positive word-of-mouth.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Minimum Intermediate qualification required.
• Experience: At least 1 year of proven retail sales experience.
• Strong, persuasive communication skills and the confidence to close sales.
• A highly self-motivated, target-oriented mindset with a drive to maximize personal earnings.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment and remain positive under pressure.
• A professional, customer-first attitude.

• Stable basic salary of Rs. 35,000 per month.
• Highly lucrative sales incentives and commissions, allowing you to realistically earn up to Rs. 50,000 to Rs. 60,000 per month based on your performance.
