Customer Service Representative

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional support and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have experience in call center environments. Bilingual abilities and multilingual skills are highly valued to effectively serve our diverse customer base. Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and courtesy, utilizing excellent phone etiquette
  • Assist customers with inquiries, product information, and troubleshooting issues via phone, email, or chat
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions through data entry and CRM systems
  • Support sales initiatives by promoting products or services and identifying customer needs
  • Process transactions including cash handling when necessary
  • Provide timely follow-up to ensure customer concerns are resolved satisfactorily
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and streamline processes
  • Analyze customer feedback and support data to identify trends and suggest improvements in service delivery

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in call center or customer support roles preferred, with strong communication skills
  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse clientele effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and general computer skills required
  • Ability to perform data entry accurately and efficiently with good typing speed
  • Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell or cross-sell products when appropriate
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including active listening and problem-solving capabilities
  • Knowledge of outbound calling strategies and client service best practices
  • Experience with analysis skills to interpret customer data for service improvements is a plus
  • Previous experience in cash handling is advantageous but not mandatory
